TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our booking services offered by iDazzle Beauty Studio and Spa. Please read these Terms carefully before booking any services with iDazzle Beauty Studio and Spa.

Booking

Reservations:

To secure a booking, a signed service contract with a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee of $20 (excluding bridal bookings and microshading) is required at the time of booking. Dates and times will only be reserved upon receipt of both the signed contract and payment.

Scheduling:

Please book your appointment for all desired services at the time of booking. Additional services requested outside the initial booking will be performed at the discretion of the esthetician and may not be available. All individuals included in the appointment must be present at the scheduled time to avoid a breach of contract. Bookings for multiple people must be at the same location and consecutive, with no gaps in between appointments.

Out-of-Hours Bookings:

Booking requests for services outside of regular business hours may incur additional charges set by the esthetician. These charges must be paid before the booking can be confirmed.

Delays

A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed for lateness. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late may be cancelled, and the retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations

All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in a charge for the full service amount. Clients who no-show twice will be blocked from booking future services. In the event that the esthetician cancels the appointment or is unable to perform services for any reason, the retainer fee will be fully refunded within two (2) weeks. The client agrees that a full refund of the deposit is the sole liability of iDazzle Spa.

Payment Methods

The final balance due includes any additional expenses incurred for the service and must be paid in full at the time of service. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the esthetician. The person(s) signing the booking contract is/are responsible for the entire balance. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cash app, Zelle, credit/debit card, Afterpay. Gift cards or vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and are subject to expiration dates and terms and conditions. iDazzle Spa reserves the right to determine acceptable payment methods at any time.

Use of Image

Unless expressly discussed and approved in writing, iDazzle Spa may use photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media captured or recorded by iDazzle Spa or its representatives for promotional purposes on its website, brochures, social media platforms, flyers, or other advertising materials deemed necessary. Clients agree to release any and all claims regarding the use of their image for such purposes. Clients further agree to release their name and contact information for use with professional photographers or videographers capturing content for iDazzle Spa. This signed agreement serves as a release to the client's photographer/videographer, authorizing them to release photographs/recordings to iDazzle Spa and its owners, agents, and employees for use in any promotional materials deemed necessary.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect them during their service. Any pre-existing health or skin conditions must be reported to the esthetician prior to receiving services. Clients agree to release the esthetician, iDazzle Spa, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for skin complications arising from allergic reactions. iDazzle Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client who may pose a health or safety risk to themselves or our staff.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or intoxication, will result in immediate termination of services and removal from the premises.

Personal Belongings

iDazzle is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to keep valuables secure during their visit.

Liability

iDazzle, its owners, and all employees and agents is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after treatments. Clients use the spa facilities and services at their own risk.

Age Restrictions

Some spa services may have age restrictions. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require written consent.

Changes to Services or Policies

iDazzle reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or policies at any time with or without prior notice.
